The cut-off date for room reservations is August 1, 2024. Do not miss that date or you will not get the discounted rate. And yes…a room will cost a lot more – if you can get one.

- Reduced parking rate of $10 per day for Chicagoland attendees who are staying in the hotel.

The event venue is located next to O’Hare airport, and there is a complimentary hotel shuttle from O’Hare.
Flights into Midway may be less expensive than flights to O’Hare, yet be sure to consider the shuttle fees and ground transportation costs and time from Midway.
Please remember that Chicago traffic is AWFUL on Friday afternoons. Try to avoid flying into Midway between 2PM and 7PM if at all possible. And the same goes for those of you who drive to the event. Traffic comes to a crawl during Friday rush hour. So if you’re planning to participate in Friday evening competition – leave early!!
Amazing downtown Chicago is quick train trip away. The nearest train station is only 2 blocks from the hotel. It’s well worth the trip, and if you can schedule an extra day to explore, you won’t regret it.
