Jennifer and Randy Jeffries are the event directors of the Chicagoland Dance Festival, part of the United Country Western Dance Council’s global competition circuit and a registered event of the World Swing Dance Council.
Chicagoland is known as the dance family’s summer reunion and offers a welcoming atmosphere with large-scale competitions, lots of social dancing and good-natured shenanigans.
Jennifer and Randy are familiar faces at UCDWC regional and championship events where you’ll find Jennifer working as an MC and Randy in scoring and contest facilitation.
They met social dancing at the local country nightclub and began competing on the UCWDC circuit in 1998 in newcomer couples and became 2006 World Champions in the Crystal I couples division. Their final competition was in the Crown division at the World Championships in 2022.
While dance is a huge part of their lives, each has a full-time career. Jennifer is a communication professional, and Randy owns an independent insurance agency. They live two hours southeast of Chicago in rural Indiana with their Boston Terrier, Cooper.
