Randy and Jennifer met dancing at the local country nightclub, started social dancing and then began competing in 1998. Twenty years later, they now compete on the UCWDC circuit in the Crown Division – the top division for dancers who are at least 40 years old who have met a threshold of qualified wins. Jennifer and Randy are familiar faces at UCDWC events across North America; Jennifer as an MC and Randy in scoring and contest facilitation.
While dance is a big part of their lives, each has a full-time career. Jennifer works in communication and marketing at Purdue University and Randy owns an independent insurance agency.
They live a couple hours south of Chicago in Indiana – surrounded by farm fields and wind turbines – with their Boston Terrier, Cooper.
